Question by Jessica Sou: How can i attend/get involved with the fashion shows/events parties?
I’m really into fashion and i want to get involved.
I’m looking for events like the “Golden ticket event” that was taken place last night in Westfield London.
I want to go to parties/events similar to that with designer and models and cool people who are fashionable and in the fashion industries.
I would love to meet new people in these kind of events.

Please help do you know where i can research ?

as someone who attended FIT fashion school in NYC and is an aspiring fashion writer i think i can give you a tad bit of advice. Try to attend fashion week if you can. Also, for fashion events and parties, invitations are usually always given to important people (fashion editors, celebrities), and they’re also given to struggling fashion students (if you know anyone who attends FIT or Parsons, ask them if you can take their ticket.). If you hang around high end boutiques like Chanel and Dolce & Gabbana, even if you can’t afford anything (just window shop), the sales people will start to notice you…..if you’re there everyday, they’ll start to talk to you and get to know you, and so will other shoppers. The key to this is to develop connections, and then eventually you can try and snag a ticket to an important event.
